Event Rules
Please respect the rules so that we can have this event again next year.
- Vehicles must be 25+ years old (model year 2000 or older)
- Vehicles must be Japanese. Both USDM (US Domestic Market) and JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) are okay. If your car is from a significant part of Japanese car culture (e.g. Porsche RWB), please contact us for special permission.
- Vehicles should be in good working order and in a presentable state. Unless it is rare and ultra cool, then contact us for special permission.
- Vehicles should NOT be ultra modified, stanced, or glowing. We are looking for cars that are stock or lightly modified. Unless it is bōsōzoku, then contact us for special permission.
- Maintaining the safety of everyone is the highest priority.
- No burnouts, excessive revving, popping, or other reckless/noisy behavior. We will not hesitate to trespass and report you to the police.
- Participants must get prior approval to unload a trailer.
- Participants must be licensed, insured, sober, and legally allowed to drive vehicles as applicable.
- Exhibitor’s registration number should be clearly displayed on the show vehicle when parked.
- No loud music is allowed by attendees. Questionable music, videos, art, or other media is not permitted and will be removed from the show.
- Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their area is clean prior to leaving at the end of the show.
- Judges decisions are final.
- If an image is uploaded, you are giving consent for the Organizers to use this image in marketing material, including but not limited to using your Name, City, State, and image on the website.
- You agree to indemnify the Organizers against any and all claims, lawsuits, and causes of action whatsoever, and anything arising and brought against them by any third party as a result of your action or participation in the event, including without limitation, your violation of any laws or regulations or your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
